The strongest cleaner to remove surface dirt, efflorescence, & excess mortar from honed stone and cast stone.
Hydrochloric acid based stone cleaner for tile, stone and other masonry surfaces. Mix 1 part with 10 parts water(always add acid to water, not water to acid).
Always keep stone wet and use lots of water in the cleaning process- this acid wash is so strong it can actually ETCH stone. If carefully controlled, acid etching of stone gives an "antiqueing" and "distressed" effect where desired. Optional for application: brush #7311 and gloves #7351.
